Scope of Services

1. Provide day-to-day project management support
2. Create and publish project documentation, including status reports, schedules, plans, risks, issues, and other documentation as needed
3. Plan for resource utilization
4. Meet with management and users to understand project goals and milestones
5. Track project milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
6. Maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation
7. Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and in-scope agencies
8. Create end-user documentation and training as needed
9. Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to OTS and DPS-LSP staff for all requested work

Mandatory Expertise/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects

Desirable but Not Mandatory

• Experience with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects
• Project management with the State of Louisiana
• PMP certification
• SCRUM Master certification
• Managing large-scale projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
