Position Overview:

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our growing team. This role involves leading and coordinating complex strategic initiatives, software development and implementation projects, and operational processes through direct engagement with clients. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change through the design and implementation of early-stage prototypes that support sustainability objectives.

To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate strong project management expertise, an aptitude for understanding customer business processes, and proficiency in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies. Building trust and fostering strong client relationships are essential to ensuring successful project outcomes, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust and confidence by taking a leadership role with customers to ensure effective usage and deployment of solutions.

• Coordinate the entire software design and implementation process, from initial scoping and design to launch and post-launch adoption.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and demonstrating comprehensive industry knowledge and consulting on both technical and process decisions.

• Expand expertise in artificial intelligence and sustainability industries to deliver impactful results.

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation, such as checklists, specifications, training materials, and templates to improve project efficiency.

• Ensure the delivery of error-free processes and features to customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong sense of ownership and a drive for excellence.

• Proven track record of delivering SaaS solutions and achieving measurable value for customers.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, partnering with mid- to large-size complex customers.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations (estimated at less than 25%).

• Nice to Have: Experience deploying or leveraging complex software solutions within sustainability industries.
