Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) Real Estate and Construction Department is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to execute national initiatives spanning facilities and building operations. You will interpret site plans, coordinate permits, provide construction oversight, and manage facilities operations at designated sites nationwide.

The role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, vendor supervision, and cross-functional collaboration, with 5+ years in construction project management

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, trade school, licensure or commensurate subject-matter experience.
• 5+ years in Construction Project Management; Real Estate and Design experience a plus.
• Proven track record in facilities and/or property management a plus.
• Must read construction plans and have budget/financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience supervising vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-specific support to Red Bull Distribution Company Real Estate and Construction Department.

Provide project-specific support to the RedBull Distribution Company (RBDC) Real Estate and Construction Department. Execute and implement national initiatives relating to RBDC Facilities and Building Operations including but not limited to site planning, permit coordination, construction oversight, facilities operations at designated sites across the country.

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Associate or bachelor's Degree, Trade school, Licensure, or Commensurate Subject-matter Experience.
• 5+ years of work in Construction Project Management or related fields. Real Estate and Design experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in facilities and/or property management is a plus.
• Must be able to read construction plans and have well rounded knowledge of construction process including project budgeting and financial reporting.
• Must have experience supervising vendors and contractors.
• Ability to maintain departmental recordkeeping systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Bluebeam and MS Project is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English, Spanish and additional languages a plus.

Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
