Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Regional IT Infrastructure Lead to serve as the primary liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and local business stakeholders, ensuring robust warehouse and branch IT operations across the region.

You will drive IT infrastructure projects, manage regional budgets, collaborate with global partners, and travel up to 50% to support office builds, relocations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on IT Infrastructure support.
• Understand enterprise level network concepts.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, CCTV.
• Working knowledge of low voltage/structured cabling technologies.
• Excellent documentation and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external business stakeholders (General Managers, Ops Managers, Distribution Managers, Sales Managers, Office Administrators, etc.).
• Act as the key liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and the local teams for IT infrastructure projects and support.
• Manage IT Infrastructure projects within the regions, including new office builds, relocations, remodels, infrastructure deployments.
• Collaborate with project management, network operations partners, and network service owner teams.
• Ensure products and services are delivered with high quality and according to standards.
• Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure Operation of warehouses and office locations.
• Travel up to 50% to visit locations and support priorities.
• Act as escalation point for operations partners and service desk.
• Responsible for the regional IT Infrastructure budget and achieving financial goals.
• Translate business needs into budget-conscious IT solutions.
• Lifecycle management and capacity planning of IT hardware and services.

Job description

The primary mission of the Regional IT Infrastructure Lead is to act as the key liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and local business stakeholders to support our continued business growth. This role is responsible for maintaining the operation of all warehouse and branch office IT Infrastructure for Red Bull within the regions. As a member of the Red Bull IT Infrastructure team, the Regional IT Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for the advocation and Installation of IT solutions, contribute to global standards and support the overall day to day operations of the business. The Regional IT Infrastructure Lead will also be responsible for the IT Infrastructure budget for the regions and contribute to the planning of the IT budget through a business plan.

Candidates are also eligible to sit in: North Kingstown, RI or Newark, NJ.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external business stakeholders (General Managers, Ops Managers, Distribution Managers, Sales Managers, Office Administrators, etc.)

Act as the key liaison between the IT Infrastructure team and the local teams for IT infrastructure projects and support.

Manage IT Infrastructure projects within the regions. Including new office builds, relocations, remodels, infrastructure deployments, and others required by the business.

Manage projects in close collaboration with our project management, network operations partners, and network service owner teams.

Work closely with global and local IT Infrastructure partners to guarantee that products and services are delivered with high quality and according to the standards.

Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure Operation of warehouses and office locations.

Visit every location in the region at least twice a year or as often as necessary to support active work, business priorities, or infrastructure maintenance requirements. Estimated Travel: Up to 50%.

Act as an escalation point for operations partners, service desk and other members of the IT Infrastructure team.

Responsible for the regional IT Infrastructure budget, making sure that financial goals are met.

The candidate needs to possess the ability to be a self-starter and work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, lead the initiative and execute.

Ensure all documentation and monitoring tools are up to date.

Translate the needs of the business into solutions while meeting budgetary and timeline requirements.

Responsible for lifecycle management and capacity planning of IT hardware and services.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting IT Infrastructure.
• Understand enterprise level network and collaboration concepts.
• Working knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, CCTV, etc.
• Working knowledge of low voltage/structured cabling technologies and concepts.
• Excellent documentation and project management skills.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field), or equivalent work experience.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
