  • Independently drive project execution, removing roadblocks and ensuring progress without the need for constant direction.
  • Track progress using KPIs and data driven insights to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Own projects from start to finish, including training, communication, and post launch adoption to ensure long term success.
  • Set clear standards for project execution and lead by example in driving accountability and results.
2. Quality Systems & Collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to align on quality requirements and expectations.
  • Support audit activities and ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
3. Process Improvement
  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast, paced, evolving environment.
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action efforts (CAPA), turning insights into scalable solutions.
4. Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain organized, audit ready documentation, including project plans, SOPs, and quality records.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet internal and external compliance standards.
