Tailored Label Products, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Quality & Continuous Improvement) to lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen quality systems, improve processes, and drive CI across the organization.

The role reports to the Manager of Project Delivery and partners with Quality, Operations, and Engineering to deliver lasting improvements through end-to-end project leadership and rigorous process alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of project management experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and cross functional teams simultaneously from scoping through full implementation.
• Independently drive project execution, removing roadblocks and ensuring progress without constant direction.
• Track progress using KPIs and data-driven insights to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own projects from start to finish, including training, communication, and post-launch adoption.
