Job summary

Commercial Metals Company in Newnan, GA is seeking a construction‑savvy professional to support project coordination across client relations, design teams, and vendors. This role emphasizes timely communication, precise scheduling, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate will coordinate internal and external resources, track progress, and prepare status reports to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of ERP or Inventory Control Software, preferably Titan.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure project success.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor project progress and send regular status report communications to stakeholders.
