Job summary

CMC provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the construction reinforcement and infrastructure projects. The role supports project managers, maintains documentation, and ensures timely, accurate field communications across teams.

The position requires strong communication, a math mindset, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines, with experience in large-scale industrial projects considered a plus.

Qualifications

  • Must possess strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Have a strong aptitude in math.
  • Experience in an administrative or large-scale/industrial construction project coordination role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers to assist with project-related matters.
  • Ensure all documentations is up-to-date and utilized on the field.
  • Maintain electronic file management and document control.
  • Work both as part of a team and independently to meet strict deadlines.
  • Review field reports and compose approval or deficiency letters back to field.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Other duties assigned by Division Manager.

What You’ll Do
  • Work closely with project managers to assist with project-related matters

  • Respond to the customer, detailers, engineering emails and phone calls when assisting project manager (PM) on project specific items
What You’ll Need
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Have a strong aptitude in math
  • Previous experience in an administrative or large-scale/industrial construction project coordination role
  • Must possess work ethic and ability to be punctual
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects at once
  • Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines and effectively under pressure
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
