Job summary

The F.E. Moran Group of Companies in the Chicagoland area seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, lead, and oversee complex, large-scale Plumbing Installation projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate diverse teams and ensure delivery to client expectations, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or equivalent, with proven success on large plumbing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience
• In-depth industry knowledge of plumbing project management
• Experience on large plumbing projects with demonstrated success
• Excellent verbal and written communication with varied audiences
• Ability to adapt, negotiate, problem-solve and manage multiple priorities

• Prioritize and manage projects at different stages of work

About You:

• KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and Plumbing project management knowledge required
• EXPERIENCED: Previous experience on large Plumbing projects with demonstrated success
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to achanging environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
• FLEXIBLE: Available as needed; able to travel to client sites

• PRIORITIZE: Control a variety of projects at different stages of work
• LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
