Job summary

7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium-complexity projects from inception through execution in the United States.

You will oversee planning, scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and quality while coordinating with account teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to onboard junior staff; generous PTO, wellness benefits, and life insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ability to onboard and train Associate-level team members.

Responsibilities

• Planning: develop program-level project workplans with Account teams.
• Execution of Work: manage project execution, maintain SOPs and quality.
• Client Interface: participate in client status meetings.
• Process & Team Coordination: define processes and document workflows.
