Precision AQ is seeking a Project Manager to guide healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising programs from planning through delivery. You will partner with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to balance timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations in a remote US setting.

You'll lead meetings, drive accountability, and navigate risks while maintaining momentum across multiple projects. A proactive, organized communicator with strong PM skills will thrive in this collaborative

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of project management experience including planning, execution, and delivery.
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow tools.
Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows in collaboration with account teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate internal meetings and manage status communications across projects.
