Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Nashville, TN, seeks a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) for growing multifamily and commercial projects. This long-term role offers a culture-focused environment with growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include steering projects from design through close-out, coordinating with site management, nurturing trade relationships, and ensuring safety, budget, and schedule alignment on 1–2 mid-rise projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline is preferred.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor and vendor relationships in the greater TN/Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design and land acquisition through buyout, scheduling, and close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless operations and resolve challenges.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors in the area.
• Direct all aspects of each project from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring safety, design conformance, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with owners and management to complete projects from trees to keys within the schedule.
• Manage 1–2 projects simultaneously, including mid-rise apartment complexes and garden/podium-style structures.
