Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and residential construction initiatives, collaborating with internal development, design, and field teams to drive projects from conception through completion.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience, expertise in budgeting, scheduling, RFIs/submittals, and proficiency with Procore. Bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Architecture required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily or residential construction projects.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Knowledge of preconstruction processes including estimating and buyout.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation control.
• Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up multifamily or residential construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with internal development, design, and field leadership teams to meet project milestones.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents; process RFIs and submittals.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with permitting and inspections.
