Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Project Manager Level II to oversee moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence. You will lead cross-functional teams, act as the main client contact, and drive successful delivery from planning to completion.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating tasks, and generating status reports, while maintaining schedules, risk logs, and safety compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary contact for customer communication during project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system.
• Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and all other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
