What you’ll do:

• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while ensuring proactive solutions
• Financial Management: manage and protect project budget, manage subcontracts and invoicing, manage change order process, prepare cost reports and work‑in‑progress forecast reports in a timely manner for management.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are in compliance with applicable specifications and laws.
• Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, internally and externally, through all project phases.
• Mentor and train Project Engineers, fostering their professional growth
• Expand business growth with new and existing clients
• Complete other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of project management and estimating experience in civil construction
• 7+ years of experience in scheduling and management of project timelines
• Proven track record of meeting project budgets or exceeding profit margins
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• 3+ years of direct supervisory and leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred plus minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience or 12 years of equivalent experience. Construction Management degree is preferred, other degrees acceptable with relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft software – MS Project
• Experience with Trimble software is a plus; Vista Viewpoint, B2W Estimate/Track/Schedule
• Experience with plan take‑off software such as On‑Screen Take‑off and Revu Bluebeam
