Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking Project Manager I- Senior to lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgets, schedules, and client relationships across the Pacific Northwest.

Ideal candidates have 7–15+ years in PM, Bachelor's in CM/Engineering, proficiency with Procore, Viewpoint, MS Project, and strong safety/compliance knowledge; travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

  • PM I requires 7–10 years of PM experience in heavy civil/industrial construction.
  • PM II requires 8–10+ years of PM experience.
  • Senior PM requires 10–15+ years managing large, complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow, procurement, and overall project execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, project plans, and contract documentation
  • Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and change management
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and profitability
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
  • Travel to project sites as needed throughout the Pacific Northwest and surrounding regions

Position Title: Project Manager (Levels I, II & Senior)

Salary
  • Project Manager I: $115,000–$132,000 + 10% bonus
  • Project Manager II: $132,000–$155,000 + 15% bonus
  • Senior Project Manager: $155,000–$172,000 + 20% bonus

Project Managers play a critical role in overseeing project execution from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, field teams, and project profitability. Requirements
  • Project Manager I: 7–10 years of project management experience in heavy civil, structural, industrial, or related construction
  • Project Manager II: 8–10+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Senior Project Manager: 10–15+ years managing large, complex construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or related field preferred (required for Senior level); equivalent experience considered for Levels I and II
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, and project financials
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and environmental compliance
  • Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software
  • Experience within industrial construction, heavy civil, hydropower, water resources, wastewater, manufacturing, or federal construction projects is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% as projects require
