Abbott Construction seeks a Project Manager to estimate and manage projects from concept through closeout. You will run multiple projects, ensuring safety, adherence to plans, and on-time completion while maximizing margins.
The role requires 5–10 years in project management and estimating in healthcare construction, plus a 4-year construction degree. Strong leadership and MS Project skills are essential.
The Project Manager (PM) estimates and manages projects from the earliest conceptual phase up to and through final completion and closeout. The primary role of the Project Manager is to run one or more projects simultaneously, in such a manner that both the customer and the company are successful.
The full salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000.This position is eligible for a target bonus.
Sick leave accrues at one (1) hour for every 30 hours worked. Accrual for sick leave is capped at 240 hours. At the end of each calendar year, you will be allowed to carry over accrued and unused sick leave up to 240 hours. You will not begin accruing sick leave until you drop below the accrual cap.
