What you will do

We are seeking a full-time Project Engineer (Entry to Mid-Level) to join our Civil Division in Puyallup, WA. This position focuses on sitework and utilities for both private and public sector projects. The hired candidate will work under the supervision of a Project Manager and assist in various project management tasks.

• Track project costs, schedules, and documentation
• Support estimating and bidding efforts as needed
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
• No minimum education required; a combination of relevant education and experience is preferred
• Experience with Estimating/Project Management/Take-off software is a plus
• Background in civil construction
• Experience in the construction industry
