Job summary

Murray Company is seeking a Project Manager for the Advanced Technologies division in California. The role oversees mechanical piping projects including plumbing, HVAC and process piping, from estimating through completion, with emphasis on safety, budget, and schedule.

Location options include Santa Clara or San Leandro, CA, with travel to Bay Area sites. Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 5–8 years of industrial piping experience; semiconductor/biopharma exposure is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; strong Industrial construction/engineering concepts understood.
• 5–8 years of experience on diverse commercial/industrial piping projects; semiconductor/biopharma experience a major plus.
• Ability to apply effective management techniques to maximize team performance.

Responsibilities

• Define scope with execs and create an execution plan prioritizing safety.
• Maintain budget, schedule, and project objectives across the lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly billings and manage subcontractor invoices.
