Job summary

Murray Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Chandler, AZ to supervise mechanical piping projects, ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will lead the project team from estimating through completion, coordinating with executives, field staff, and stakeholders.

The role focuses on plumbing, HVAC, and process piping in industrial settings, including high-tech sectors. Proficiency with Bluebeam, MS Project, Revit, Navisworks, ACC/Procore is desired, with travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years cradle-to-grave project management on commercial/industrial plumbing
• Experience in high-tech sectors (semiconductor/biopharma) preferred
• Experience with process piping and/or full mechanical scopes

Responsibilities

• Define scope and project execution plan with executives and stakeholders
• Ensure safety program is followed and safety culture is maximized
• Set up pre-planning meetings and establish project budget
• Create workable schedules for cost control, labor, materials, and equipment
• Review project progress with executive management throughout scope
• Lead weekly meetings with field staff
• Manage equipment and material buyouts with Purchasing
• Prepare and review monthly subcontractor billing
