Job summary

Murray Company seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Advanced Technologies division in Chandler, AZ. The PM will supervise and coordinate projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality across plumbing, HVAC, and process piping scopes.

Responsibilities include defining scope, managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications, while leveraging software tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, Revit, Navisworks, ACC/Procore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cradle-to-grave project management experience.
• Experience with process piping and/or full mechanical scopes.
• Experience in high-tech sectors such as semiconductor and biopharma preferred.
• Proficiency with construction software: Bluebeam, MS Project, Revit, Navisworks, ACC/Procore.

Responsibilities

• Meet with executive stakeholders to define scope and create execution plan.
• Ensure safety program adherence and safety priorities.
• Set up pre-planning meetings and establish project budget.
• Schedule for job cost control, labor, material, and equipment.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Review project status with executive management throughout lifecycle.
• Lead weekly field staff meetings.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on equipment and material buyouts.
• Prepare cost-to-complete reports and monthly billings.
