Job summary

Murray Company Mechanical Contractors in Sacramento, CA, seeks a Project Manager to supervise complex mechanical piping projects within our Advanced Technologies division. Lead teams from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.

The role requires 3+ years cradle-to-grave PM experience in high-tech mechanical/piping scopes, with travel to Northern California project sites. We offer ESOP, 401(k) with match, and robust medical coverage for employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years cradle-to-grave project management experience in mechanical/piping projects.
• Experience managing high-tech projects (semiconductor/biopharma) preferred.
• Full mechanical and plumbing scope experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and execution plan with stakeholders, ensuring safety.
• Maintain safety program and culture across teams.
• Set up project budgets and schedules for cost control.
• Manage project finances: cost-to-complete, monthly billings, subcontractor payables.
• Represent Murray Company in meetings and negotiations.
• Prepare for and oversee risk, scope changes, and project delivery.
