Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as the main contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders, developing and managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

  • 710+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction.
  • Experience managing commercial mechanical projects valued between $8M–$12M.
  • Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and change orders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with large mechanical contractors ($50M+ annual revenue preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
