Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to own large, cross-functional programs end-to-end. You will drive advertiser and third‑party incentive initiatives, moving toward real‑time, data‑driven models, and coordinate across Engineering, Data, Operations, and Sales teams.

You will lead timelines, cadence, and documentation while delivering clear status updates to executives. This contract role is remote (PST preferred) for a 12-week period with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience delivering cross-functional, multi-workstream programs.
• Track record activating GTM or marketing programs.
• Strong operational program management and process design.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and report to leadership.
• Data analysis experience with progress reporting and insights.
• Executive-level communication across stakeholders.
• Documentation of processes and clear requirement specs.
• Familiarity with advertiser/incentive programs and digital ads is a plus.
