Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Program Manager III to lead cross-functional, data-driven initiatives in business intelligence, analytics, and strategic decision-making. You will combine program mgmt with hands-on analytics, stakeholder communication, and the ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments from planning to delivery.

This role requires strong SQL skills and experience coordinating analytics, engineering, and product teams to move data-intensive work forward.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, program management, business operations, or a related role supporting data-intensive initiatives.
• Strong hands-on analytics experience, including SQL, defining and interpreting metrics, dashboards/reporting, and translating data into business insights.
• Demonstrated project or program management experience managing multiple workstreams through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain operating cadences across cross-functional teams.
• Prepare clear project updates and leadership communications covering progress, risks, key decisions, and upcoming milestones.
• Develop strong knowledge of relevant datasets, metrics, data products, and business needs.
• Conduct targeted analysis to validate assumptions, answer business questions, and support strategic recommendations.
• Partner with analytics, engineering, product, strategy, and business teams to move data-intensive initiatives forward.
• Advise stakeholders on data needs, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities.
• Identify risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies across related initiatives.

• Management consulting background.
• Experience working with media, content, music, or other partner-focused ecosystems.
