Qualifications

  • 5-12+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Background working for a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Owner's Project Management firm.
  • Experience managing life sciences, laboratory, or highly technical construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to commute to Cambridge, MA on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee complex life sciences and laboratory construction projects in the Greater Boston market. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leading clients while managing projects from planning through execution and delivery.

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing Owner's Project Management firm with a strong presence throughout Massachusetts. Known for delivering complex projects across multiple sectors, they have built an impressive portfolio and reputation over more than a decade of growth.

Must-Have Qualifications
