Michael Page US in Boston is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to support complex healthcare, life science, and institutional projects. You will assist with preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role values strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a preference for those familiar with occupied-site work and Procore.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in construction project management or project engineering.
• Experience on occupied projects is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare, hospital, life science, or public-sector project experience preferred.
• Experience supporting projects valued at $10M+ preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Procore proficiency preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation.
• Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and schedule management.

• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedules, budgets, and project status.
• Help manage construction activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
• Utilize project management software to maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale healthcare, life science, institutional, and public-sector projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience supporting projects valued at $10M+ preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Must be commutable to the Greater Boston area and willing to travel to project sites throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
