Job summary

Alexander Associates Technical Recruitment supports a Houston client recruiting a Project Manager for civil engineering with residential or commercial land development design experience.

You will lead design teams across the Greater Houston area with direct technical oversight of grading, drainage, detention, stormwater, paving and water/wastewater utility design.

Qualifications

• PE license in Texas is required.
• Experience leading civil land development design projects.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, detention, paving and utilities.
• Familiarity with Greater Houston permitting and MUD projects is advantageous.

Job description

We are supporting a Project Manager opportunity in Houston for a civil engineer with substantial residential or commercial land development design experience. The role would involve managing design teams and projects across the Greater Houston area, with direct technical oversight of grading, drainage, detention, stormwater, paving, and water and wastewater utility design.

Salary: $125,000-$170,000 base, depending on experience.
