Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• P.E. license in Texas or reciprocity; E.I.T. considered.
• 3–5+ years of land development experience.
• Proficient with Civil 3D or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and site infrastructure.
