Qualifications

Project Manager IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Join our global IT operations team, which manages and continuously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure from the network to the cloud.

Your tasks

  • Taking responsibility: Responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and completion of internal IT infrastructure projects; work closely with other teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards; lead IT projects by developing and managing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, documentation and deliverables
  • Living collaboration: Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and third-party vendors; lead follow-up projects to reflect process compliance and Leadec standards; act as a point of contact for internal departments as well as collaborate with our global IT teams and external partners
  • Tackling tasks: Track project progress, identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans; effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders; ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Being passionate about technology: Understand the technical requirements and manage partners and vendors; provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues; assist with handover to operations and service desk support.
  • Driving Progress: Implement and manage project change control processes; foster a collaborative and productive project environment; implement the strategic governance of Leadec Global IT

Your profile

  • Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable education (i.e. IT specialist (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience); professional certification (PRINCE2, PMP etc.) is an advantage
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in enterprise level company or IT consulting
  • Know-How: Strong project management and organizational skills; experience in analyzing problems and finding and elaborating solutions
  • Expertise: Understanding of general IT topics (security, hardware, software, network etc.); excellent understanding of organization's processes, policies, goals and objectives; in-depth knowledge regarding project management frameworks; risk management; process management (e.g. BPMN)
  • Personality: Assertiveness and excellent communication skills; systematic and goal-oriented way of working as part of a team; willingness to constantly deal with new technologies
  • Languages: Conversationally fluent English and German language skills required (at least B1-B2 level)
  • Travel: Willingness to occasionally travel nationally and internationally
