US Tech Solutions is seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to drive a US Distribution pricing project and other IT initiatives. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage multiple concurrent projects, and coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership within an IT PMO framework.

The role emphasizes hands-on Jira and Confluence expertise, strong communication, and proactive risk management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of the US Distribution pricing project, including scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Handle multiple concurrent IT projects and prioritize conflicting deadlines and business needs.
• Set up and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and project tracking processes.
• Use Confluence to document plans, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Conduct regular status meetings and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and milestones to IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, scope changes, and dependencies proactively.
• Coordinate with IT applications, operations, and client business teams for alignment and timely delivery.
• Maintain project charters, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and other PMO docs.
• Support prioritization discussions for new IT project requests based on business needs and resources.

• Coordinate with IT applications, operations, and client business teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Maintain project charters, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and other PMO documentation.
• Support prioritization discussions for new IT project requests based on business needs, resources, and delivery timelines.

Experience

• 4-7 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or technology-enabled business functions.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end and handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence beyond basic end-user functionality.
• Experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams.
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and delivery commitments to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) or structured project governance environment is preferred.
• Experience in pricing, distribution, manufacturing, ERP-related projects, or legacy systems such as AS400 is an advantage.

Skillsets

• Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery management skills.
• Hands‑on Jira expertise, including board setup, workflow configuration, dashboards, filters, and reporting.
• Confluence expertise for project documentation and knowledge management.
• Proficiency in project documentation, including project plans, timelines, project charters, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and changing project requirements.
• Understanding of IT systems, integrations, data flows, and technology project dependencies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and proactive risk escalation.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
