The role requires 3–5 years PM experience on customer-facing platforms, strong Jira/Confluence familiarity, and proven ability to create executive-level communications and reports. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Project Manager focusing on customer-facing digital platforms.
• Strong familiarity with Waterfall and Agile delivery models; experience as Scrum Master; ability to create executive-level presentations.

Role Overview

The Consumer Applications Department is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead project teams in alignment with divisional objectives. The successful candidate will focus on continuous improvement, collaborating closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to lead Agile practices for customer-facing digital products. This role requires extensive collaboration and cross-functional communication with IT professionals, associates, consultants, and vendors to define goals, manage backlogs, and deliver successful outcomes. The position entails managing medium to large-sized projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring delivery meets quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or requisite experience, training, or coursework in agile development, innovation, and process management.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on customer-facing digital platforms, commerce, sales, or website compliance.

Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with Waterfall and Agile delivery models, experience performing the role of scrum master, and proficiency in creating executive-level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering consumer-facing websites or digital platforms involving complex data, transactions, or integrations.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools to manage project artifacts and user stories.
• Experience within the automotive industry sector.
• Familiarity with Clarity for project and financial management.
