Job summary

Techlink Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead SAFe transformation across the MSA department and Global Initiatives. You will coach leaders, Product Owners, and teams to adopt Agile values and Lean thinking, driving continuous improvement and better delivery outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years applying Agile methods, 3+ years coaching teams and stakeholders, and a proven ability to facilitate workshops and organizational change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applying Agile methodologies in product, project, or delivery contexts.
• 3+ years coaching Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or leaders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving organizational change.

• Serve as a trusted Agile advisor and coach for leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.
• Promote Agile values, principles, servant leadership, and Lean thinking across the organization.
• Develop Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and training.
• Guide teams toward self-organization, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Team Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement

• Facilitate retrospectives and improvement workshops.
• Help teams identify root causes of recurring challenges and implement sustainable improvements.
• Coach teams on metrics, flow optimization, and delivery predictability.
• Encourage experimentation and learning through Inspect & Adapt practices.

Agile Framework & Process Enablement

• Establish and standardize Agile practices across teams.
• Support Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate.

• Sprint Reviews
• Retrospectives
• Scrum of Scrums
• PI Planning

WANTS Required Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Equivalent Agile transformation experience may be considered.
