Job summary

iSpace, Inc. seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile maturity and organizational change across teams and leaders. The role focuses on coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and agile teams, while facilitating PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies to improve delivery and outcomes.

The candidate will promote Lean thinking and servant leadership, helping organizations become more outcome-focused through collaboration and improved flow and predictability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Agile experience.
• 3+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles.
• Proven experience coaching teams and leaders and facilitating organizational change.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Agile transformation experience.
