Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is recruiting a Project Manager for Construction Interiors to oversee interiors projects in Westchester and NYC, from preconstruction through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination of subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and daily site activities, with a pathway to long-term progression in a respected contractor.

Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities
• Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects
• Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
