Ideal candidate has 7+ years in architecture/interiors, strong client-facing skills, and ability to coordinate architects, designers, consultants and contractors. NYC interior fit-outs and building renovations are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in architecture/interiors/construction.
• Experience managing commercial/corporate interior projects.
• Experience with building renovation/restoration projects.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-outs and renovation sequencing.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural projects from concept through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate status, schedule, budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing, and workflow.
• Coordinate with outside consultants and internal teams.
