Project Manager – Construction Interiors | Westchester | Up to $180,000
A leading Construction Interiors General Contractor is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their growing New York City team due to a strong pipeline of Construction Interiors projects within the public sector across Westchester and the NYC market.
Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities
• Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects
• Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager working for Commercial Interior/exterior General Contractors in New York City
• Strong Construction Interiors project experience
• Experience managing commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple Construction Interiors projects simultaneously
