Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for Commercial Interior General Contractors in New York City.
• Strong Construction Interiors project experience on interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities.
• Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects.
• Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
