HDR is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of projects from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate professional staff, manage client relations, and contribute to design and production meetings to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 7 years of project management experience and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7+ years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Must interact effectively with design teams and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
• Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout project development.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
• Coordinate workload through project development and ensure documents are completed on schedule.
• Track financial aspects and coordinate with managers to stay within budget and schedule.
