David Weekley Homes is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team across Sales, Construction, and Warranty within a Charlotte community and beyond. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving financial performance and operational excellence.

The role includes an initial mentoring period, with emphasis on developing leadership capabilities and delivering on annual operating plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of people leadership experience with P&L responsibility for a multi-million-dollar project/business.
• Solid knowledge of residential construction processes and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop team members in Sales, Construction, and Warranty within your community.
• Drive accountability through coaching and performance management to meet sales, starts, and closing goals.
• Oversee budgeting and expenditures to maximize profitability and ensure margins meet targets.
• Partner with Sales to execute effective sales strategies, pricing, and incentives.
