Qualifications

• Residential production construction experience required; 2+ years in field management preferred.
• Proven ability to schedule, supervise, and motivate trade partners while upholding company standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency for job costing, payroll, and vendor/teams communication.
• College degree or related professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from breaking ground to completion, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery.
• Build relationships with homeowners through clear communication and walkthroughs.
• Schedule and manage 30+ subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warranty and Office Team for a seamless build and close.
• Maintain a professional, clean, organized job site aligned with safety standards.
• Monitor budgets and prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
