Job summary

X-FLOW ищет опытного Project Manager для обеспечения прозрачности и структурирования сложных инициатив, координации нескольких рабочих потоков и перевода инициатив из неопределенности в реализацию.

Кандидат должен точно формулировать требования, определять объем, зависимости и риски, выравнивать стейкхолдеров и строить реальные планы поставки на всем цикле проекта.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в роли Project Manager/Delivery Manager в сложных техкомандах
• Образование в области управления проектами/знание PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
• Умение уточнять требования, формировать объем и зависимости, управлять рисками
• Знание процессов разработки ПО, приоритизация и координация работ
• Способность работать в условиях неопределенности и с множеством стейкхолдеров

We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We need a strong Project Manager who can bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives, coordinate multiple workstreams, and help teams move from ambiguity to effective execution. • Take ambiguous product initiatives and turn them into clearly defined, actionable features.
• Clarify business and technical requirements, ensuring they are consistent, complete, and understood by all involved teams.
• Define project scope, expected outcomes, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Work with engineering, QA, design, and feature owners to obtain realistic effort estimates and build delivery plans based on them.
• Validate estimates against scope, technical dependencies, available capacity, and delivery expectations.
• Proactively identify gaps, conflicting requirements, unresolved questions, and missing decisions.
• Drive alignment between stakeholders, backend, client, QA, and other teams.
• Structure work so teams can move into execution with clear ownership, priorities, and expectations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Identify risks and blockers early, assess their impact, and drive them to resolution.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, key decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Maintain Jira and project documentation in excellent condition.

Требования

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in complex technical teams.
• Formal education in management or solid theoretical knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong expertise in requirements clarification, scope definition, work structuring, dependency management, risk identification, and delivery planning.
• Solid understanding of software delivery processes, prioritization, coordination, and execution management.
• Proven ability to bring structure to situations where requirements are incomplete, ambiguous, or constantly changing.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment with uncertainty, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and ask the right questions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive approach, and ability to make informed decisions independently.
• Russian — C1 or higher; English — B1+.
• You do not need to be an engineer, but you should have a solid understanding of the technical context of cross-functional software development across backend, Flutter client, and QA.
• Relevant areas include APIs, integrations, releases, technical dependencies, queues, and SLAs.
• You should be comfortable participating in technical discussions, understanding constraints and trade-offs, identifying dependencies, and asking the right questions to support informed planning and decision-making.
