Job summary

X-FLOW ищет специалиста по привлечению пользователей для мобильных игр в США. Ваша задача — создавать и оптимизировать кампании в соцсетях, управлять тестированием креативов и работать с командами дизайна и аналитики.

Требуется опыт UA 1+ год, знание KPI CPI/CPA/ROAS/LTV, владение 2–3 платформами, английский B2+. Условия: гибкий график и возможность работать с творческой командой.

Qualifications

• Опыт мобильного UA в игровой индустрии, 1+ год.
• Опыт работы с 2–3 рекламными платформами (Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA).
• Понимание KPI: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV.
• Опыт A/B тестирования креативов и сегментов.
• Адаптивность, проактивность и умение работать с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Уровень английского B2 и стремление к росту.

Responsibilities

• Создавать, анализировать и оптимизировать кампании UA across социальные, incentiv and video channels.
• Разрабатывать стратегическое видение, тестировать гипотезы и принимать независимые решения.
• Использовать отчеты для поддержки решений.
• Тестировать креативы и анализировать конкурентов.
• Взаимодействовать с motion дизайнерами, аналитиками, product менеджерами и коллегами.

Задачи

• Create, analyze, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across social, incentivized, and video channels
• Develop a strategic vision, test hypotheses, and make independent decisions to optimize performance
• Use internal and external reporting and analytics tools to support data-driven decisions
• Test creatives and track and analyze direct and indirect competitors' creatives
• Communicate with motion designers, analysts, product managers, and other colleagues

Требования

• At least 1 year of user acquisition experience in the mobile game development industry
• Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 ad platforms, such as Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, or ASA
• Clear understanding of user acquisition goals and KPIs, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV
• Experience with A/B testing creatives, audiences, and custom product pages
• Ownership mindset, strong analytical skills, proactivity, and adaptability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Awareness of trends in ad tech and mobile growth
• English at B2 (upper-intermediate) level
