Job summary

Gypsy Collective is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong iGaming background to join one of our partner teams. Your daily adventures include planning team capacity, managing the backlog, and ensuring delivery processes are continuously improved for consistent execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders updated on progress, timelines, and risks, while maintaining current project documentation in Notion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Middle+ / Senior level expertise in managing technical projects and teams.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban and ability to adapt them to business needs.
• Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Good technical understanding of infra, platform architecture, integrations and dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience building delivery processes from scratch and managing complex iGaming platform projects.

• Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, timelines, and risks;
• Maintain up-to-date project and process documentation in Notion.
