• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or equivalents.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution to deliver features on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Design, and Compliance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Monitor project health, risks, issues, dependencies; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support go-lives and post-launch reviews to optimize delivery.

• Project planning, execution, reporting regarding the Kendoo's processes.
• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution to deliver features on time and within scope.
• Act as the main liaison between cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, QA, Design, and Compliance.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team alignment.
• Monitor project health and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
• Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, blockers, and mitigation plans.
• Support successful go-lives and post-launch reviews to optimize future delivery cycles.
