Job summary

3 Oaks Gaming is hiring a Senior Project Manager to bring structure and clarity to slot game development while preserving creative freedom. This role collaborates with Game Design, Art, Animation, Math, Development, and QA to drive end-to-end delivery across concepts to post-release support.

The successful candidate has 3–5 years in PM with at least 1 year in iGaming, strong Agile experience, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Project Management with 1+ year hands-on in iGaming, specifically within a slot development studio.
• Solid understanding of the full slot game development lifecycle from concept, pre-production, development, testing, certification, to post-release.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Game Design, Art, Animation, Math, Development and QA.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and adapting processes to game development realities.
• Experience with delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and team capacity.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bring structure and predictability in changing creative environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of slot games and align creative, technical, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Drive execution from concept and planning through development, testing, certification, release, and post-release activities.
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, estimation, and regular delivery follow-ups across the team.
• Coordinate dependencies between Game Design, Art, Animation, Math, Development, QA and other production functions.
• Work with creative teams to balance delivery commitments with iterative, less predictable creative work.
• Maintain visibility of project status, milestones, dependencies, blockers, and risks.
• Identify delivery risks early, facilitate resolution, and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure clear priorities, expectations, and ownership while avoiding excessive process overhead.
• Support and improve development workflows where additional structure is needed.
• Prepare clear updates for the CPO, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making between teams and stakeholders.
• Support documentation and knowledge sharing across projects and teams.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who likes structure but not too much bureaucracy :)

Different projects may need different levels of structure and involvement, so flexibility, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt to the team and situation are important for us.

You will work closely with creative and technical teams, where new ideas, changes, experiments, and different working styles are a natural part of game development. We value someone who can bring more structure and clarity while still giving the team enough space for creativity.

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in iGaming, specifically within a slot development studio;
• Solid understanding of the full slot game development lifecycle — from concept and pre-production through development, testing, certification, release, and post-release support;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Game Design, Art, Animation, Math, Development, and QA;
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery approaches (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to adapt processes to the realities of game development rather than follow frameworks mechanically;
• Experience working with delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and team capacity;
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar project and collaboration tools;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to bring structure and predictability while working in an environment with changing priorities and creative uncertainty;
• Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to identify and upscale delivery risks early;
• High level of flexibility and adaptability — this role may cover a broader or narrower scope depending on the project and team needs and does not always follow the traditional Project Manager responsibility model;
• English proficiency at B2+ level for participation in international meetings and cross-functional communication.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a hybrid PM/PO role;
• Understanding of game design principles and slot mechanics;
• Knowledge of RTP, volatility, math models, features, bonuses, and their impact on gameplay and player experience;
• Experience with game certification, compliance, and regulated gambling markets;
• Understanding of LiveOps and post-release game performance.
