Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 3+ years of experience in project implementation, preferably with ERP systems.

• Maintaining close communication with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Documenting key milestones, decisions, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Project Manager – Implementations. This position falls under our Implementations line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will manage complex client onboarding projects, ensuring successful implementation of Corpay’s payment solutions. You will report directly to the Manager, Payments Implementations and regularly collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, IT, and Operations.

The expected salary range for this position is [$70,000 – $85,000 ], based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
