What We Need

Corpay is seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy to help shape and execute the company's global growth agenda. This role will sit at the intersection of corporate strategy, business line strategy, CEO-sponsored initiatives, partnerships, and corporate development support.

The Director will operate as an internal strategy partner to Corpay's CEO, senior leadership team, and business leaders, helping answer high-priority growth and operating questions through rigorous analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, product benchmarking, business case development, and executive-ready recommendations. The role will own CEO-priority initiatives and special projects, support mid-term growth planning, lead workstreams for senior leadership strategy offsites, and help advance partnership studies and M&A strategy.

The ideal candidate is a structured problem solver with strong analytical horsepower, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move from ambiguous questions to clear recommendations and practical execution plans. The team will use modern analytical, research, and AI-enabled tools to improve the speed and quality of its work, but the core mandate is strategy ownership, executive problem solving, and high-quality project execution.

Prior experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or transaction diligence is a plus, but not required.
