Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a senior data governance professional to develop tools and capabilities for CDL-F maintenance, update security access, and manage reference data. You will implement data metrics, gather requirements, and oversee data connections from design to deployment with hyper care support.

Qualifications

• Requires 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across multiple functions as well as various levels of the organization.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.
• Open to new ideas and utilizes value-added principles in approach.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities, due dates, and shifting priorities, under tight timeframes.
• Ability to solve business problems through the proactive identification of issues and subsequent collection, analysis, and interpretation of related data.
• Experience working independently as well as in team environments and integrating activities across multiple functions/divisions.
• 2-3 years of forecasting or budgeting in a large company.
• Knowledge of Planning/Visualization tools/Data Queries (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Power Query, Anaplan/SAC/TM1/BPC).
• FP&A experience in system implementation.

• Gather Requirements and update project plans for CDL-F new deliverables and enhancements.
• Manage inbound and outbound data connections for CDLF, including requirements gathering, connection design and build, testing cycles, deployment, and hyper care support.
• Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement efforts and measure progress.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting, as needed.
• Support data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency; document data structures, processes, and user guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve data flow, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.
• Update status reports on a weekly, monthly basis.
