Job summary

Wall Street Consulting Services LLC seeks a Project Manager in Lake Forest, IL (60045) for a 12-month contract. The role requires 7+ years in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Life Sciences/Healthcare industry experience and strong data governance, data quality, and project-management skills.

You will develop tools, manage data connections, update security and reference tables, define KPIs, and produce ad hoc analyses and weekly status reports to support CDL-F deliverables and improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills across functions and levels.
• Self-starter with the ability to translate broad directions into analytical output.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes.
• Experience forecasting or budgeting in a large company.
• Knowledge of Planning/Visualization tools and data queries.
• Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, Power Query, SQL experience.
• FP&A experience in system implementation.

Responsibilities

CDLF Governance Role

Job Description

• Develop tools and capabilities to support Data Governance and Maintenance of CDL-F
• Update and modify as needed User Security and Access
• Update and modify reference tables
• Help implement data metrics to ensure quality of all source and output data
• Gather Requirements and update project plans for CDL-F new deliverables and enhancements.
• Manage inbound and outbound data connections for CDLF, including requirements gathering, connection design and build, testing cycles, deployment, and hyper care support.
• Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement efforts and measure progress.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting, as needed.
• Support data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency; document data structures, processes, and user guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve data flow, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.
• Update status reports on a weekly, monthly basis.

Qualifications

Required:

• Requires 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across multiple functions as well as various levels of the organization
